Each month, a number of Consumer and Family support groups meet throughout the Dallas area.
NAMI Connection is a weekly recovery support group for people living with a mental health diagnosis in which people learn from each other’s experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.
All support groups are free.
